Kathy has a degree in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering and a MSc in Work design and Ergonomics. She worked for BT
at their Research and Development Labs in Martlesham nr. Ipswich,
latterly in internet design.
A Councillor for 17 years and a Suffolk County
Councillor for 11 years with a wide range of experience across the
council. Posts have included Chair of Council, Vice Chair of Transport
and Vice Chair of Social Services.
Kathy is currently Group Leader and a member of the Service
Transformation and Localities Scrutiny Committee, Health Scrutiny
Committee and the Staff Partnership Board
